Drunk Driver takes NPD on Pursuit with a Flat Tire and Child in the Vehicle

Just after 7 PM on Friday, January 18th, 2024, an NPD unit attempted to stop a grey Kia Soul heading east on Bullsboro Dr at Torero Tr.
