ACCIDENT INFORMATION
Harris was the driver in an accident involving a Truck and a Sadan just north of Exit 56 on I85 N. It was first reported by a Fayette County Deputy who came upon the scene. He stated the driver ( Harris ) was in and out of consciousness when he came upon him and was in and out of consciousness for a period after.
The other driver complained of minor injuries and was checked and released from the scene by EMS.
Harris was arrested by CCSO Deputies.
